Scientific and technical scope
The VECTOROLOGY PLATFORM is specialized in the production of AAVs, both recombinant and libraries for protein screening. It can custom-produce recombinant AAVs of any serotype. Safety level 1 AAV vectors encoding reporter or specific genes are produced and injected on the platform. Vector titration is carried out by ddPCR (BioRad QX200) or qPCR, using ITR viral sequence titration. Vectors are tested for sterility and the absence of endotoxins.
