Use case: The EpCART Program

The EpCART program is a flagship example of CellAction’s capabilities in translating cutting-edge science into clinical innovation.

Expected to enter an early-phase clinical trial in 2026, EpCART builds on pioneering research led by Dr. Sebastian Amigorena and the Institut Curie teams. The program harnesses epigenetic reprogramming to enhance CAR-T cell potency, persistence, and long-term anti-tumor efficacy against difficult-to-treat cancers.

Within the project, CellAction plays a pivotal role in process development, optimizing the manufacturing workflow for the CAR-T product and ensuring its successful technology transfer to MEARY, the bioproduction facility in this project.

Impact: Accelerating the translation of breakthrough discoveries into next-generation cancer therapies and bringing transformative treatments to patients faster.
